| opmerkingen | wearing metal ring on right leg, photographed, videoed (Dutch Birding 42: 290, plate 375, 2020). Camperduin has become the hotspot for the species and this is also where the 2cy bird was found. Birds of this age only rarely visit the breeding areas in Europe, so it is not surprising that this was only the first time this plumage has been recorded in the Netherlands. The very fine submission was also educational for the committee members. | |
